Shipping Origin
Most of the artworks are shipped from Mexico.

Each artwork is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped with attention and respect for the piece.

Shipping Areas
I ship both within Mexico and internationally.

If you are based outside Mexico and would like to make a purchase, please email me at
contact@ingriddatica.com so I can assist you directly with shipping arrangements.

Processing Time
I aim to have all orders packed and shipped within five (5) working days once payment is confirmed.

If you require an artwork by a specific date, please contact me before purchasing.
Expedited handling may be possible and, if required, may involve an additional charge.

Commissioned works require additional time and will be discussed individually.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times

Within Mexico
All shipments within Mexico are sent via DHL or FedEx, are fully tracked, and require a signature upon delivery.
Once shipped, most deliveries within Mexico arrive within 2 to 3 working days.

United States
Shipments to the United States are sent via DHL or FedEx, are fully tracked, and require a signature upon delivery.
Once shipped, most deliveries to the U.S. arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

International Shipments
International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Tracking details will be provided once the artwork has been shipped.

Canvas Shipping Options
Canvas artworks may be shipped in two different ways, depending on your preference:

Rolled Canvas
The artwork can be carefully removed from its stretcher bars, rolled, and securely packaged in a protective tube.
This option significantly reduces shipping costs and minimizes the risk of damage during transit.
Please note that rolled canvases will need to be professionally stretched or framed upon arrival.

Stretched or Framed Canvas
Artworks can also be shipped fully stretched or framed, as displayed.
This option allows the piece to arrive ready to hang; however, shipping costs will be higher due to size and handling requirements.

Packaging
All artworks are professionally packed to ensure safe transport.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated separately and will be added to your order at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final.  If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and packaging so the issue can be addressed promptly.
